Moving to Dallas Reasonability 1

Dear sisters and brothers,

My hu*****and is thiking of applying for one position in Dallas. We are in CT now. I am taking steps to evaluate the financial impact if would be and if it is a good time to move now.

Now I am comparing the living cost between my current place (CT) and Dallas to have an idea if we can save some money to cover the loss to sell the hosue here. Would you please kindly advice if I miss any main items and my estimates for Dallas living expense are reasonable?

8226;2 - 3 adults and 2 kinds under 5 (one is new born)
8226;House: 3,000 square feet house, 10 old or younger
8226;Potential county to buy the house: Plano, Richardson, and other good counties nearby
8226;Utility: Heat, water, and electricity: $400
8226;Food (including eat out) and other monthly reoccurring household stuff (toilet paper etc...):$1,000
8226;Daycare 1 (under 3) (Non family daycare, good facility): $1,000
8226;Daycare 2 (>3): $800
8226;Nanny: $1,200
