Case:
Company A, Company B, Recruiter C.
C works A and B to recruite engineers.
C helped my wife get hired by Company A. My wife moved from west coast to east coast to work for Company A.
Several months later, we decide to move to east coast. So my hu*****and starts to look for job where I live.
I submitted my hu*****and's resume to Company A with the help of my manager. He is scheduled to have on site interview with Company A next week. Company A will pay for hotel and airfare.
C submiited my hu*****and's resume to Company B (since he knew that I submitted my hu*****and's resume to Company A, he only submit my hu*****and's resume to Company B). Now company B wants my hu*****and to have on site interview as well. The same week as Company A, exact date is not fixed yet.
It takes one day to get from west coast to east coast. So my hu*****and wants to have the interview with 2 companies in one trip, i.e., one on Thursday (fixed already) and another on Friday.
Can we tell Recruiter C that we will have on site interview with Company A and ask him to schedule on site interview with Company B on Friday? Since Recruiter C has good relationship with both Company A and B, we are afraid that he may tell Company A that we also interview with Company B with one trip, that may have adverse affect with Company A.
Or we just tell Recruiter C that my hu*****and will come to visit next weekend, and ask him to schedule on site interview on next Friday. But since he has good relationship with HR in Company A, we are afraid that he may find out the truth.
Please advice.
Thanks in advance.
美國老土, what shall we do?
