困惑

我已在家呆了好幾年了。也沒什麽好學曆，但工作經曆還好。在國內外企中層幹了１０年財務。現在孩子大了想找工作。但發了好多簡曆都沒回音，請問這裏大師是否我的簡曆不應寫這麽長經驗？我隻想找個初級財務工作就心滿意足了－－上班以後在考個證，再往上走。
另：上個會計college怎樣？我已過４０生日，還有希望嗎？
那種方法更易找到工作？懇請建議。謝謝。
