在矽穀，你的工資該是多少？

既然說矽穀，談的當然是IT行業的。
另外，我進一步假設你擁有EECS或相關專業的MS degree.
PhD也差不多，可以算是MS加兩年經驗.

1. 你的入門工資應該是7-9萬. 頭銜多是senior (software/handware) engineer.

2. 3年後，你的工資應調到10萬左右。頭銜可變可不變。

3. 再過3-4年，你的頭銜必須長一級, 工資12萬左右。你這時相當於junior manager

4. 再過4-5年，你的頭銜必須長一級, 工資14.5萬左右。你這時相當於senior manager.

5. 再過X 年, 運氣好的化，你就可以和director們平級了，這時的工資是17萬左右。

Summary:
1-4 yr ==> $100K.
7 yr ==> $120K
10-11 yr ==> $150K
13-15 yr ==> $170K.
