Is this a good job?

A company is looking for someone who can speak Chinese/English since they will import material from China. There will be other works related to domestic supplies. Know nothing about these kind of companies. Does anybody know? Is it called " Wu(4) Liu(2)?" Is it a good job? Thanks for suggestions.
