北卡vs.明尼蘇達，決定接哪個offer，請幫忙!!!

有兩個工作機會，一個在北卡，比較偏僻的鎮子，人口20萬，房子超便宜，學校都不大好，人口的構成黑人也比較多。
另一個在明尼阿波利斯附近，算是Twin City的郊區，房子超貴，百萬上下，好學校很多。

在比較這兩個地方時主要有以下幾點考慮：
1。孩子的教育最重要，一南一北，兩個地方的教育水平和風土民情很不同。我有不少同事是明州人，據說那裏的教育水準很高。我在網上的調查，北卡的學校很一般。這一點上更傾向於明州。
2。我的工資在北卡會買20-30萬的房子，在明州隻能負擔的起40-50萬的房子。這個當然傾向於北卡。
3。氣候就不必說了，明州的嚴寒應該是讓人望而卻步的，相比北卡要溫和很多。這個又投給北卡。
