你要有這種心理：我說的話，都是認真想過的，我每做一件事都是my best effort given the best available information under the spedific circumstances.

所以，失敗的時候，我沒有錯，也許我們應該have more communcation， more alignment upward and downward.
every employee is a stake holder and should hold accountable...
