我從 Qualcomm剛得到下麵這個offer ,要我兩天內回複，大家幫我看看怎麽樣，謝謝了！

底薪 $98000
股票 1400 shares
relocation San Francisco Bay Area to San Diego:
大約$5000 或者一個月的housing&storage


我個人的情況：
PhD in ME top5 school, 五年小公司工作經驗，有綠卡，在SF Bay Area，現在年薪$85000.

我知道在現在這個情況下找到這樣好的公司不容易，也是我的背景比較特殊，沒有很多人做，碰巧了。有經驗的兄弟姐妹幫我看看要不要再negotiate了。多謝了! oTZ
