In reality, this happens in everywhere, every time, and to everyone. At some point, God knows why, you might not be able to management it – e.g. when a CR raised, it affects to your plan lifecycle either W or I method.
Well, a good lesson, we learned, but hopefully, we may be able to improve all next time – who knows?!

Btw, 70 was not bad!
