1. functionality
2. schedule
3. resources

用一張白紙，疊一個“等邊三角形”，每一邊寫上上述1，2，3點。

跟老板解析：
如要10個functionality，就得花10個schedule，10個resources -- “等邊三角形”。假如隻有6個schedule （i.額。6天），那就得增加resources 或減少functionality！
