Should I accept the offer?

My hu*****and's job was relocated from west coast to east coast. I am looking for job in east coast to join him. I have a job offer from university in east coast, the salary is 30% off my current salary. I feel that salary is a little bit too low for me.

Because I am at west coast, it is not easy to fly over for on-site interview and some companies would prefer local applicants to save money.
Should I accept the offer and keep looking after I move to east coast or reject offer?
