Follow ur heart. If u don't feel comfortable, voice out.

Someone in this forum is mean in choosing the words.

One small suggestion. Maybe u should communicate with ur boss beforehand about ur feeling about the lead position. At least u would know how he/she feel about that. One rule is never fighting with ur boss. If u feel the boss doesn't like u, time to leave.

At lease I admire ur courage to voice out. Much better than hiding in heart and hurt urself.
