職場小女子，你的行為:很-愚-蠢

既然大家都裝傻，那我就直言不諱了：職場小女子，你的行為:很-愚-蠢。

1。對自己的認識有誤區。我不知道為什麽，但是你顯然高估自己太多。

2。處理問題的能力太差。雖然很顯然這些麻煩都是你自己找的，但是諷刺的是，你在麵對問題的時候，又毫無章法，眼睛隻是盯著自己的利益，小可謂目光短淺，大之可算職業道德有問題。

3。溝通極其不良。拋開你的職業道德不談，溝通又有2個層麵：語言，文化。你的英語語言水平不是最差，但是詞不達意，偏偏又要盡炫耀之事，所謂自爆其短。文化的水平是在於你能否把自己和老板和你的“假想敵”擺在同一個context下：好比秀才遇到兵。可惜你的行為在他們的眼裏會是很沒有職業修養，所以別人不需要和你劍拔弩張，因為你是那個“兵”，他們已經有默契，而這個默契是在麵對你的張狂行為時達成的。如果我是老板，我心裏會覺得很無奈，你很可憐。

基於你對整個事件的描述，我的這一番話一定會引起你的反彈，論壇裏也會有很多人跳出來為你作脫罪辯護。但是在你發怒之前，請想一想：

- 我為什麽花時間打字來寫這篇，是為了攻擊你嗎？
- 我寫的很清楚：“你的行為”，旨在就事論事，而非針對你這個人。
- 整個事件因何而來？是誰讓你落到最後要散步去平息心頭的火，自我安慰？
- 近朱者赤：也許你的身邊有不良影響，讓你覺得自己有本錢居功自傲。是時候考慮這樣的朋友的意見還要不要聽？
