I think you can turn this around

female bosses are easier to work with. All you need to do is to relate with her, not physically of cause, but emotionally. She must have her worries and problems. Find common grand with her and build up your relationship with her. If P likes you, she will have to reconsider her realtionship with you too. So good time to start over.
