我的case和你不太一樣。我一直在同一個工司做。
我以前一般是這麽做：

1）平時把俺的功德用變天帳的放式記得好好的。
2）加工資前，會讓信的過的客戶和partners寫些feedback過來。
3）加工資前，我會不怎麽好好幹活的，找機會把我的功德塞進去的。
4）加完工資後，我會請幾天假的，以表還不夠。

當然，最厲害還是告訴頭兒：俺手頭有你對頭的offer哦。
