your manager and hear his thoughts about the project. in the invitation email, use the following sentence:
"I want to hear your thoughts about blah..blah...".

不要想他們是否要推卸責任到你頭上,即便事實如此, 但處理這件事時, 要"being professional" no guessing, don't make assumption.
