的證據， 有什麽 legal 不 legal 的？？？

這個不是 telephone conversation， 如果是 telephone 的話， 在 recording 前要讓對方知道你在 recording （such as something like: this conversation will be recorded for xxxx purpose).

當然 recording a private conversation without the other party knowing is not the right thing to do anyway。
