小女子請大家支招

我覺和老外同事爭論時,還有平常的談話, 我經常會遇到有不知道怎麽去說,或說錯話的情況, 可事後反省,就會覺的當時不應該那麽,而應該這麽說,. 這跟英文不好有很大的關係嗎?或還有其他的?比如反應不快, 談話技巧等? 我該怎麽去提高呢?
