醫學院畢業以後在美國怎麽當醫生或者檢驗師

小女子醫學院畢業，本來過來讀PHD，但是老板沒拿到funding，準備master畢業。也許明年可以拿到好學校的PhD offer，但是可能還要讀5-6年。

聽說MD可以直接申請postdoctor，不知道這樣可行嗎? 拿身份也快很多。但是MD的科研思維能力沒有PHD強，估計獨立設計課題還不行，有問題嗎？是不是應該在其他MD下麵做postdoctor 比較好。

拿到身份以後考醫生或者當檢驗師，聽說美國缺檢驗人員，考檢驗board 估計比考醫生輕鬆好多。不知道醫院的綠卡辦的怎麽樣。

估計還是postdoctor最穩妥拿綠卡。

請大家幫我出出主意，請不要說嫁給美國公民，我想自己拿。
