被裁了近3個月，最近拿到一個國內的offer

裁員時遣散費給了半年，這邊找工作2個月了，onsite麵試有2個。都不了了之。有些著急！我單身，沒有家庭的困擾。

現在國內給的年薪40萬。深圳上班，一個senior 的position. 但不是經理，也不是總監。半年以後有可能升級。要先上車。 猶豫中，不知道要不要過去。


想聽聽這個壇子的大蝦有什麽看法建議。
