a wierd feeling

I may be completely paranoid here. Big boss' secretory today suddenly changed her normal attitude to me, appeared nice but somehow I noted some sinister in her tone. she never talked to me if not being talked to, was always using an indifferent tone with some attitude. so the change of attitude ticked me off, especially at this lay-off planning peroiod. Secretory usually knows more than other people. She made me nervous. Am I completely paraniod here? Well, there is nothing I can do anyway.
