像我這樣的為啥找不到工作？

基本情況：

非會計本科，美國會計master
上學期間找過volunteer做過半年，還做過tax的volunteer，在考CPA中。現在除了考CPA，不知道還能幹啥。

有人說，一直找、努力找就能找著。我都找了快一年了，還沒找著。說要不斷提高自己，除了考CPA，還有什麽要提高的？口語？聽力？抓人講話？

現在連找個volunteer都那麽不容易，特別是和專業相關的。

自信心已經被打擊的不剩多少了。。。


PS：本來隻在當地投，鬱悶加沮喪；現在開始全美國投，還是沒啥回音。我的前途在何方？還有可惡的身份問題。回國我這樣轉行的，更沒辦法找到工作了。怎麽辦？
