You are smart academically,but slow at soft skills. The most important is that you do not know what you want in career, seems always被人遷著鼻子走... (sorry for my wording)

The most challenge in career are: 1.be strong at work; 2. have the ability to control the fate of yourself and influence others including your boss..

If i were you, i will just leave(actively looking for job or just resign if it bothers me too much)....even not bother playing with them(ur boss, the boss of ur boss)
