If a project has both biostatiscian and programmer, then it is programmer's responsibility to generate the code. I guess your problem is that you are not knowing the process, I suggest you read SOP, and talk to people in other project to know the process. Use SOP and process to tell the team member what you should do and what other team members should do. You are too 軟弱，做了太多的讓步。
Looks like you are very talented in doing both SAP and all the coding in first project. Let me know which company you are working for now through QQH.
