考慮再三， 準備換工作了

從Manager降到Scientist感覺上就不好，以前是開開會拿嘴派活的，現在又要揀起幾年前的老本行，去做Bench work了。
我在一材料公司，化工類專業。這裏有同行嗎？現在工作市場怎麽樣？
