很痛心, Manager位置被撤了

最近公司重組，把我手下的人全調到了另一組。 然後人事部門的人說因Business需要，我的部門被撤，所以我的Manager位置不存在了， 我被調到其它部門做Scientist。
有人碰到這種情況嗎？ 我是不是應該換工作了？
