if they really want you to improve or they just don't like you no matter what...
1. It is doable if they really want you to improve since you got this job which means you should be able to handle and just need to wwork harder;
2. It just wastes your time if they just don't like you. You better spend your time to look for another job....
Based on my observation, more than 50% chance that they use this way to get rid of people who they don't like.
My suggestion is that you should look for a job while you are still working hard in your curret position. It is easier for you to get a job while you are still at work. Three months should be enough to try to find another job. Many companies usually don't fire people unless they have to. This is the main way that they forced people to resign...There some consequences to company too if they fire people often...
I am sorry that you have to experience this and it happens often...Sometimes, it is not your fault at all and hard for you to let everybody like you....
