Your future employer could find out your poor performance formally or informally if they really wanted to find out, either you were fired or you quit. If I were you, I would make the best effort to amend relationship and improve the performance while actively looking for the next job.
If someone says that everyone at work is against him or her, the person really needs to look into him or herself to find the reason. Of course, I don't mean this should absolutely apply to your case since I don't really know the whole story...
