想了解有關Equity Trading的工作

Equity Trading的工作是否就是做股票買賣
不知有否人做過或熟悉有過關Equity Trading的工作，具體怎樣的工作。是不是並非用自己的錢，但是替別人做，有報酬，做得好越多。
