Yes, MT(ASCP). I am in PA.
In the past, PhD is mandatorily promoted to program director, maybe they think he is a threat to their own position. Because most America MT are B.S., If you have a master enven PHD, Acording to policy, you must be promoted to some high position. CA and some other sates need licence, most don't as long as he passed ASCP certificate.
