DBA不做performance tunning誰來做？developer來做？

我有點糊塗了。看來公司整體水平不夠高。

恭喜你拿到兩個offer.

但技術含量不高的DBA可以是你介入DBA比較好的點，不會把事情搞砸了，以後可以慢慢自己學。DBA的薪水&工作壓力&skill set比developer好很多，別丟了這個好機會。
