工作中be humble 並且 be confident

自謙就是把自己的作用作為故意降低，在職場上沒有多大好處。自高自大是相反地誇大自己的作用作為，隻有使自己脫離群體。

謙卑不是自卑也不是自謙。 謙卑就是不以自己所做所有的來故意抬高自己擠壓別人，而是把自己所有的以分享與奉獻的姿態使用出來，貢獻與the common goods of the organization/society. 謙卑的人倒是要把自己擁有的能力毫無保留的展現給別人，在需要的時候能派上用場。所以說謙卑的人應該是自信而不自高的人。
