職場真是夠慘的阿！ ~~

今天看了幾則招聘廣告，普遍薪酬水平比以前低好大一截。其中一個要求機械工程師10年到20年中型以上製造業工作經驗，上崗後還要負責mentor剛入行的年輕人，工資才給25-30 per hour，有天理沒有啊。還有就是越來越多的招聘廣告加上了 US Citizens ONLY. 奶奶的，這不就是傳說中的招聘歧視麽/!

附一則招聘部分內容如下：
10 -20 years of experience in a mid-sized manufacturing environment.

Must have experience in machine design, tool & fixture design, process improvement, and assist/advise maintenance group.

Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team. You will be a mentor to less experienced personnel.

Must have good communication skills.

Pay Rate: $ 25.00 to $30.00 per hour
