I have two teams - a UI team and a backend team. The original plan is to hire a UI manager to manage the UI team, and he/she will report to me. We already pinned down the candidate and he will come on board in August. So the change in the plan is, I will be managing only the backend team in the future. Both the UI manager and me will still report to my current boss.
