有做financial model的同學嗎？求教。

能否講解下複雜的model是怎麽建立的，關鍵的點除了assumption還有哪些。
俺平時做的很簡單，就是cash flow 算算。複雜的俺就不知怎麽建立的，一般公司是有固定模式的，那麽怎麽根據實際情況修改呢？謝謝。
