關於工資的問題

請教各位前輩:
如果想在換工作時工資比原來的升30%以上,你們認為講真實的原來工資有可能嗎? 還是應該編一個呢?

就是好奇而已, 現在還無意換工作. 但知道了下次打算換工作時可能就用上了, 先謝謝各位啦.:)
