和大家分享一個失敗的電麵經曆

昨天有個第二輪電話麵試，第一輪是HR，昨天是HM，一上來讓我talk about myself, 我剛開始介紹，她忽然說沒有我的簡曆，HR沒給她，我說Email給她，沒想到我的文件時WORD 2007version， 她打不開，隻好copy and paste 給她，誰知剛介紹完自己，她忽然說我是她第一個麵試的人，但她需要把所有的CANDIDATE 資料都整理齊後再由HR或她通知我，就這麽結束了。隨後給她發了郵件，謝謝她同時詢問了是否需要再reschedule phone interview, 今天打電話問了HR，HR 根本不知道昨天的情況，後來她問了HM說待HM麵試好其他CANDIDATE後再作決定，在下周末會通知我。但我知道已經沒戲了。

現在想來我失敗的原因可能在於對突發事件的處理上還不夠靈活，可能以上突發事件本身就是考題，就是看CANDIDATE是如何處理的，沒有RESUME，可以通過口頭詳述，但我昨天介紹自己的時候，隻著重介紹了我在每一家公司所學到的技能和MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS，應該再詳細介紹一下在每家公司的職責。

現在真的感覺麵試就像相親，如果不來電的話，馬上就TURN OFF。 哈哈哈。
