幫忙出出主意吧

我在國內拿到教育碩士學位,來了以後,因大家都告知教師工作難找,即使是持證的洋人,school board 已經很多年不open full time position 了.所以沒去teacher college 拿證(現在看是對的).而是轉而去community college 讀了個diploma(跟教育相關),現開始找工,發現難找.有人建議我再讀個幼兒教育的diploma,隻需一年.大家覺的怎樣?幼兒教師配的低,但位置多些.我不知該怎麽辦.有人勇氣很大,轉行學護士,我一直下不了決心轉行,雖沒有孩子,但歲數也不小了,想轉行,要從頭開始,不易,大家說我該怎麽辦?先謝啦!_:o
