請教各位高手是怎樣學會Macro function in Excel 的

工作中看到同事用，覺得特牛。自己也想學。。。。

我人比較Ben， 一個朋友說她一看就會了，沒有正經學過。我有計劃take 一兩門課。。。。

各位有什麽高見，請賜教。
