First, your boss and your big boss did care about your feeling. Your boss said sorry, and they did put you into the Leadership Development Program.
Second, considering the current market situation, it is not a good time to change job. Of cause, if you can find a better one, then go ahead.
Would you please let us know why you think that you are in dangerous situation?
