和老板鬧的後果大多是你(下級)走路，她可以用你performance做借口來整你。HR一般是站在上級老板那邊的。

但你這種情況，就是不鬧，她也一直找你麻煩，想把你擠走，所以，你忍下去也不見得就平安無事。

既然鬧不鬧結果差不多，還不如破釜沉舟。
