Hill, job well done. I agree with your bosses, do not push yourself too hard. It takes time. It is a great starting point, but it will needs to continue and be consistent for the long term. Because of that, do not push yourself too hard. You did five things in one day. For the long term, you can plan to do one thing per week, and do it for one year, you will be very successful.

Again, I think you are full of enthusiam about your job and improving yourself. It is great. I am confident that you will be able to improve. Not only because of you yourself, but also because I feel you are in a good working environment. You have bosses willing to help you. Take the opportunity, and you will be able to grow fast.
