Very good point! I express the same point to my supervisor, why she did not talk to me right away about my inappropriate manner.

In the recent two years, they talked about a few times about my promotion. I was expecting that would happen in 2009, but with the global downturn economy, our expansion plans fail, no promotion in our department.

I do agree with you that my big boss's thought and plan making a lot of sense. He helped me open a new window deep in my mind and showed me a direction to improve my leadship.

By the way, all of these happened in the first run of the performance review. We will have the second run and third run next week.

I want to make sure it's not a trap, and convince them to change my score to average in the final.
