Good point! Frankly, I sometimes feel so frustrated. My small boss does not have a good vision about our research direction. I need try very hard to correct her decision from time to time.

I totally agree with my big boss, I need improve my leadership significantly. By the way, I am a good team player for most of my coworkers.
