不現實啊，

大女兒已經到了上學的年齡，小的也要上daycare，這邊工作還不閑，老公當年邊工作邊考board連花了三年的時間，家裏還什麽都不管，這住院醫眼看就要做完了，我又要搭進去，連考試帶做住院醫起碼五六年時間，兩家老人都幫不上，再說孩子要人教育啊，真難，這日子過得，又想充實自己的事業，又想顧及到家庭，真不容易
