請教矽穀的朋友

Got a call from an agent from Modis, offering a contract job. She also asked me to contact e-solutions for H1b sponsorship issues.

Has any of you used these two companies before? Can e-Solutions really sponsor H1b and green card? The salary the Modis agent offered is much lower than market price. Can i argue about that?
