Description: On a project for our direct client we are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer Sr. Staff . The Candidate must have the following Security Clearance[s]: Active TS-Top Secret . Responsibilities: Designs, develops, operates, and maintains software and firmware components and computing systems software to be applied to and integrated with engineering, scientific, and manufacturing requirements . Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system development life cycle to support the generation of such engineering applications and products such as laboratory simulation systems, airplane flight control and display systems, avionics, mechanical and electrical systems, weapons armament, commercial and military aircraft systems, mobile and ground based defense systems, space systems, and other systems and applications of this nature . Interfaces with customers, suppliers, application users, and other technical and support personnel . Required Skills: C or C++ Software Development Experience . Software Modeling/ Simulation Experience . Real time, embedded systems experience . Domain knowledge base . Desired Skills: Java Software Development Experience . Domain Knowledge of Electrical Optical/ Infrared Radar Sensors . Domain Knowledge of Infrared Radar . Domain Knowledge of RF, DAS, CNI . Battlespace Environment Domain Knowledge of Antenna Patterns, RF . Cockpit in the loop Simulation Experience .
