能打電話給hiring manager or hr 嗎？

上星期五一個on site interview. 這個星期一 hr 發來email說
"The initial feedback from the team was very positive. I will keep you informed as I receive more information. "
可是到現在還沒有任何more information. 我是否可以電話去問一下？ 真急人哪。
