In terms of EI
1) If company said "No" to pay anything on EI, then I will get 0 chance to claim
EI even if EI insurance is deducted from my rate. Then can I ask them NOT to
deduct any EI from my rate?
Does it sound making sense that if I don't get any benefit, then I don't have
to pay any such insurance?
2) If Company said "Yes", B paid 1.4*200 = $280, and I pay $200.
In such case, since I pay "something" of EI from my pocket, am I NOT entitled
to get any EI?
