關於offer -- 在線等.

最近麵試了兩家公司，一家已經給了offer，第二家HR正在moving forward，更想去第二家公司，我應該告訴第二家HR我已經有一個offer嗎？如果說了對我有什麽不利嗎？

因為第一家offer 一個星期有效，怕第二家工作效率慢.
我應該等等再說嗎？
